There was a little girl
who had a little curl
right in the middle of her forehead.
When she was good, she was very good,
and when she was bad she wore this divine nightdress of rose-colored mousseline de soie, with frothy Valenciennes lace.
(Cf. Mae West: “When I’m good, I’m very good, but when I’m bad, I’m better.”)
